Dear Leadership,

You have many different styles and present yourself in different people in those different ways. I have learned more about how you present yourself in me (if at all) and I have a better sense of who I want to become. I know that to be a leader is different than being a manager; it is being decisive, consistent (with principles), ethical, and deliberate. Though my style tends to be "dream big, work small", in a phrase, I can learn from those of other styles and pair myself with them to grow more and get more out of life. I should seek to demonstrate you, rather than obtain authority or even power, methinks. You are perhaps more valuable than people realize.

Sincerely,

Benjamin
