Dear Mr. Chang,

Your speech on Wednesday was very inspiring. As an incoming freshman of UW, I feel so excited to go to a university that has inspiring and active people like you. I paid more attention to the part which you stressed that academic achievement would not be so important as we graduate. What is important is the performance and network that we have accumulated throughout the years. As a leader of a great company, you have clear vision of the future, and I learned from you that as a good leader, you have to know your employees and be friends with them. Only if they feel you care about them can they work full-heartedly. As an alumni, you love your school and help us Huskies learn from your experiences.

Sincerely,

Boyu
