Dear Self,

There were too many things valuable in this program.

I learned, to be a good leader, you do not persuade others but rather understand others and find a balance point.

I learned we need to step out of our comfort zone and be part of the community.

I learned we need to first know what we really want to be and set our direction, and then work hard on it, and meanwhile build up deep social networks with others who share the same goal.

I learned gpa is not all we have got and there is something that matters way more than just academic performance.

I learned passion is the key to success.

...

There is more to learn and experience.

This program is merely a start for you.

Sincerely,

Devon
