Dear Ms. Harris,

Thank you very much for the dinner. The traditional Beijing style food really allows me to taste the history, culture and most importantly, the hospitality of Chinese and the enthusiasm of Americans. My favorite dish was the eggplant with chicken on top. At first, I was confused by the crunchiness, but as I tried more, I figured out it was chicken. Just like what we talked about – integrating Chinese and Americans is hard and strange to some people but if we give it enough time and try to figure out each other’s culture, I think it would be a good combination of relationships. I am sure the person who added chicken to eggplants tried many combinations before he succeeded.

This is also like your life story, with you trying different things and classes in life. You are very good at taking new opportunities and trying new things. I wish I will be able to create my own life dish with my own combination of experiences.
